I've been Certified through American Council on Exercise since 2004. I am a retired firefighter, paramedic. I live a healthy lifestyle and practice what I preach and will be glad to share my medical records at any time. All exercise routines are designed by me and designed uniquely for every single person, due to the fact everyone's journey is different.
